Q: I bought the wrong thing! Can I return or exchange the goods?
A: For food products that fall under Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation of Telecommunications Transactions (products that are prone to corruption, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire at the time of termination), the seven-day right of cancellation stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Protection Law) will no longer apply if the seven-day cancellation right is excluded. Therefore, the return of goods is not accepted, please confirm that the goods are the goods you need before placing an order, please agree to this clause when ordering, except for the defects of the goods themselves or the damage caused by the shipping process, you can accept your return application. Please understand that once the product deteriorates due to unpacking, eating, poor storage, etc., your return or exchange application cannot be processed
Q: How do I return a product?
A: You can apply for return or exchange under the following circumstances
1. Due to an error in our operating procedures, the products sent do not match the products ordered.
2. The accessories and gifts in the single product package are not complete.
3. The product is visibly defective or damaged.
Q: What should I do if the item I received is defective or damaged?
A: If you find that there is damage or bump after receiving the product, it may be due to collision or crushing during the delivery process. To trouble you once you find a problem, please take photos within 24 hours of receipt and immediately call to inform, we will ask the home delivery company to take back, and help us take photos and save (please clearly shoot the damaged goods, at least 2~3 pictures of the problem place), in order to arrange subsequent return and exchange processing, we will have a special person to serve you.
